At NRG, he served as Head of Project Finance, structuring financing for natural gas, wind, and solar assets. His prior roles at Goldman Sachs' Fixed Income division and Schlumberger give him a rare command of both capital markets and field operations. Rahul launched Truss Energy to bring this full-stack expertise to the urgent challenge of originating data center sites for AI workloads at scale.

At NRG, he developed broad insight into the commercial and operational dynamics of large-scale generation assets, retail energy markets, and grid infrastructure. Jonathan now leads Energy Strategy Resources, LLC, where he advises energy developers, investors, and infrastructure companies on market positioning, power contracting strategy, and navigating the increasingly complex U.S. electricity landscape. Shyam is a seasoned professional in the energy industry with 16+ years of experience. He successfully led the development of 3 GW of solar projects in the U.S. and 300 MW+ of solar projects in India while at Hodson Energy and Rockford Solar, where he served as Director of EPC and later as SVP. He began his career as an Engineer at Staten Solar. Shyam's background in engineering and project management allows him to excel in team management, resource coordination, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. At Truss Energy, he leads on Operations, EPC, and Investor and Vendor Management.
